(Out & About) Fletcher Moss, Manchester

{A few snaps from our Saturday stroll}

Things have been go go go around here lately. The boy was here for ten days and it was ah-ma-zing. So good to spend some time with him on my own for once and we had a lot of fun. Missing him a lot right now.

I also started my graphic design course last week and boy am I excited about the future! It is going to be a hectic year and it is harder than I anticipated already but I cannot wait to get stuck in. You can definitely expect more design inspired posts around here in the coming weeks :)

Is it just me or is anyone else wondering where the weeks and months are going this year? I cannot believe that October is just around the corner!! I'm secretly really happy about it. One step closer to Thanksgiving -- my first one! A step closer to Christmas and skiing and only 3 months until my LDR days are over and the boy and I move in together! Yikes!! Is this real life?!

(Something for the Weekend) Back to School

(Wanderlust) Lincoln, England

I spent this past weekend in Lincoln with a favourite friend and we had a great time. 

Lincoln is a city steeped in history and we spent our days wandering down cute cobbled streets, drinking tea, eating cream cakes and we even threw a visit to a spa into the mix. It was a lot of fun! Here are some photos I snapped during our visit...

(Lust List) September

I am so excited that it is September. I decided this morning that Autumn is definitely my favourite season of them all. I'm so excited for the crisp mornings, the warm coats and cosy knits. And I'm most excited for Bonfire Night. I love it when the clocks wind back and the nights creep in earlier. At this time of year, I don't feel guilty for putting on my pyjamas when I get home from work and snuggling up on the sofa.
